Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services and estimates

Estimates are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days. Scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in a written proposal or order confirmation before work begins.

Marketplace listings show starting prices for defined deliverables. Adding an item to the cart and submitting a request does not create a binding contract until we confirm scope and issue an invoice.

Payments

Project work typically requires a deposit before start, with the balance due at milestones or on completion. Hosting and maintenance plans bill monthly or annually in advance.

Payment methods may change over time and may include invoicing, card payments, PayPal, or Stripe. Late payments may result in paused work or suspended hosting.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, and access credentials in a timely manner, and you confirm you have the rights to any text, images, logos, or other materials you supply.

Revisions and delivery

Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Delivery timelines assume prompt client feedback.

Ownership and licensing

Upon final payment, you own the custom design and content produced for your project. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock media, and software remain licensed under their own terms.

Hosting and maintenance

Hosting and maintenance plans are month-to-month unless stated otherwise and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. We keep backups but you are responsible for maintaining independent copies of critical data.

Marketing performance

SEO and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including competition and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nassau or Suffolk County.
